Job Summary
Lead dairy cooler warehouse operations and maintenance, coordinating daily production and FIFO-based order picking to ensure timely delivery of date-sensitive products. Manage inventory in a cold, wet environment, maintain a safe and clean storage area, monitor temperatures, and communicate deviations to management. Collaborate with other departments to uphold food safety practices and regulatory compliance while supporting fast-paced production goals. Requires strong math and counting skills, effective English communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-demand setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Order picking/warehousing skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work in cold/refrigerated environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally 75 lbs with assistance
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, and OSHA requirements
