Job Summary
Rotate and replenish dairy merchandise while maintaining highest quality standards and department cleanliness. Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, answering phones, and assisting with product selection and heavy item loading. Unload trucks, face merchandise, build end caps, and order supplies as requested by the department manager. Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventories and check invoices against delivered product. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, dress, and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment with temperature extremes.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school or equivalent education
- Six months or less of similar or related experience
- Must be physically able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Must be physically able to perform medium work exerting up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Visual clarity of vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, with or without correction
- Depth perception
