Job Summary
Maintain exceptional customer service by adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and ensuring a clean, friendly atmosphere in the Dairy Department. Order dairy products as instructed, track inventory, and keep shelves properly stocked through daily cleanings and restocking. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner to the Store Director while maintaining honest ethical relationships with team members, vendors, and suppliers. Lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while using knives and other sharp instruments for food preparation. Report directly to the Store Director, Assistant Store Director, or Grocery Manager in a full-time role requiring good vision, hearing, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
