Job Summary
Deliver engaging daily instruction for PK-8th grade students at Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs, maintaining accurate progress records, and communicating with families. Utilize research-based planning, manage classroom behavior, create a positive learning environment, implement approved curricula reflecting diverse backgrounds, and incorporate technology into daily practice. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in planning non-instructional activities, and support school-wide culture and family engagement. Requires West Virginia teaching license in the appropriate content area and a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; must pass federal and state background checks and demonstrate comfort in a growth-focused coaching environment.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience working within an urban environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
