Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based daily living support to adults with behavioral health needs. Ensure the client’s plan of care drives all service activities, maintain client safety in homes and communities, and participate in a minimum of four hours per month of clinical supervision with at least 20 hours of training annually. Travel within a 30-mile radius to transport clients, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid Maine driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance; high school diploma or equivalent; MHRT/1 certification (training provided). Offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off; no vaccine requirement. Equal employment opportunity statement included.
Required Qualifications
