Job Summary
The position involves assisting the campus principal in directing and managing the instructional program while supervising operations and personnel at the campus level. Responsibilities include promoting academic improvements, monitoring student achievement, supporting teachers, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring effective communication with the community. Candidates must possess Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification, have three years of teaching and leadership experience, and be capable of evaluating instructional effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification
- Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation & Support System (T-TESS) appraiser (or obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Three (3) years’ teaching and leadership experience
- Satisfactory outcome of a fingerprinting background check
