Job Summary
Take the role of Director of Finance and Financial Controller for the Group, managing three distinct business units: accounting, management control, and IT. Lead these teams to establish monthly IFRS closures within seven days, generate forecasts, and oversee financial dashboards for operational steering. Drive the ongoing organizational transformation initiated late 2018, ensuring positive team adaptation. Serve as a strategic leader and hands-on manager, reporting directly to the General Director and coordinating with corporate functions of the parent company. This four-month transition mission is based in the Grenoble basin.
