Conduct roofing work for private clients, property managers, and commercial projects across regional and overregional sites in Baden-Württemberg. Perform tasks including flat roof renovations, historic building roof repairs, maintenance contracts for residential complexes, and sheet metal work. Operate independently on construction sites, taking responsibility for projects and leading a small team when necessary. The role requires several years of experience in the roofing trade and a driver's license.
