Create performance schedules and quantity estimates based on functional descriptions or plant documents. Develop economic offer calculations, process and verify subcontractor proposals, and review incoming orders. Collaborate with operational project teams to identify, assess, and calculate cost overruns and change orders. Participate in project handover to order processing. Requires a degree in civil engineering or master's training in roofing/plumbing, along with analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
