Job Summary
Lead the DACH Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy, translating global and Western European priorities into regional execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Coach and develop a team of Product and Market Development Specialists while driving therapy awareness, adoption, and sustainable growth. Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear priorities to improve patient pathways, clinical workflows, and economics of care. Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to execute commercial strategy, representing the organization at regional meetings and customer events. Monitor market and business performance to adapt strategy and maximize impact. Requires fluent German and English, 7+ years of MedTech experience, and approximately 50% travel within DACH and internationally. Full measles immunization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development or business transformation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing or market development strategies
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent
- Experience driving change or transformation across a regional or multi-country environment
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate customer and market insights into business results
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, agile and outcome-focused approach
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within DACH and internationally
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Full measles immunization
