Job Summary
Lead production operations in the Barleben facility, ensuring continuous alignment with productivity, quality, and safety targets. Coach and manage a team of five supervisors and approximately 100 floor staff while overseeing shift planning, process optimization, and resource utilization. Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings, utilizing KPIs and data analytics for decision-making. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes engagement and high performance across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik, Produktion oder einem Fulfillment-Center
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs zur Steuerung operativer Prozesse
- Analytische Denkweise und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigeninitiative
- Teamgeist
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik ist ein Plus
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen (WMS)
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel, Google Sheets sowie idealerweise Grafana und Tableau
