[DACH MAG] Area Manager (all genders)

Lead a team of five supervisors and 100+ shopfloor staff to ensure production area performance meets productivity, quality, and safety targets. Coach employees through effective performance management and optimize resource utilization while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Continuously monitor and improve operational processes, work schedules, and job cuts to drive efficiency and cost savings. Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement and team spirit. Requires Bachelor's degree, leadership experience, advanced data analysis skills, and C1 German/English proficiency. Located in Barleben, Magdeburg.
