Job Summary
Cultivate clinical speaker and mentor relationships while leading Peer-to-Peer mentorship programs and Train-the-Trainer education. Partner with Marketing to design annual local education strategies and oversee large-scale events like Forums and Summits. Manage speaker contracts, build strategic engagement plans for faculty retention, and deliver deep-dive clinical training at customer offices. Maintain a minimum of 30% field time to conduct inbound/outbound calls and support top customer situations. Provide clinical leadership to Ortho/GP communities by influencing guidelines, offering input on product improvements, and assisting the sales organization with clinical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (DDS or equivalent)
- 6–10 years of professional experience
- minimum of 4 years in education, product specialist, or clinical specialist roles
- preferably in orthodontics or dental technology
- Proven ability to lead strategic education initiatives
