Job Summary

As an Account Manager for DACH, you will manage customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on sales and pipeline growth within the Health & Pharma Solutions Business Unit. Key responsibilities include developing strong partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams, provide technical support, and maintain CRM documentation while meeting sales targets. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work dynamically within a multicultural environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar (Master/Engineer Diploma/PhD preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Pharma, Life Sciences or Chemical Ingredients
  • Proven sales growth and value delivery track record
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on the final customer portfolio
  • Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in pharma R&D or Regulatory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Qlik
