Job Summary
Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing Digital Sales team focused on accelerating pipeline growth and market expansion. Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase adoption of Intuitive's digital portfolio, including My Intuitive+, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to optimize go-to-market efforts. Establish clear performance goals, track key metrics, and drive accountability to achieve sustained revenue growth. Serve as a trusted voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights for product development, and lead training and change management for new digital solutions. Oversee territory planning, forecasting, and operational compliance to support scalable growth. This role requires relocating to a major NE/North Central U.S. city with up to 75% travel, including field access to surgical areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- 2+ years in medical sales leadership
- Direct experience managing salespeople
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Field selling and surgical area access required
- Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software
- Proven success in strategic account management
- Cross-functional project leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills
- Experience with IDNs and strategic customer growth
- Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies
- Remote work, but requires some field selling
- Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas
