Job Summary
Provide guidance, insight, and training on the da Vinci® Surgical System to surgical teams and lead all technical in-services for OR staff and surgeons. Contribute to quarterly sales goals by influencing behavior change through product demonstrations, OR selling activities, and customer support trainings. Support regional sales and marketing development events to maximize installed system utilization and drive procedure adoption. Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting, expense submissions, and online module completion. Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training. This developmental role requires high commitment, with a focus on technical and clinical aspects in the first year before progressing to sales responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 50%
