da Vinci Cardiovascular Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead identification, validation, and management of the surgical adoption of cardiac procedures for the da Vinci Surgical System in the DACH region. Partner with marketing, sales leadership and Clinical/Capital/Sales teams to identify and develop surgeons, cardiologists, team members, and executive key opinion leaders to expand use of the da Vinci Cardiac system. Role includes expanding cardiac users, building Cardiac Reference Centers, developing new cardiac programmatic development centers, launching the daVinci ecosystem for cardiac surgeons, recruiting and developing surgical, cardiology, and executive KOLs, and delivering comprehensive training pathways. Requires deep clinical and technical expertise with the da Vinci system, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 70%). Fluent in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business)
- 5+ years of medical device experience
- Cardiac clinical experience
- Proven success in sales achieving high levels of performance
- Proven ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers with data
- Proven ability to cross-collaborate and work within teams
- Excellent planning, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with highly educated customers
- Track record of sales excellence
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Fluent in English and German
