Job Summary
da Vinci Cardiovascular Sales Manager responsible for identifying, validating, and managing the adoption of cardiac procedures for the da Vinci System in the DACH region. Partners with marketing, sales leadership, Clinical/Capital Sales, and Key Accounts to recruit and develop surgeons, cardiologists, and Executive KOLs; build Cardiac Reference Centers; develop comprehensive Cardiac Programmatic Development Centers; launch the da Vinci Cardiac ecosystem; train and proctor surgeons and cardiology teams; and ensure programmatic success through clinical, economic, and operational impact. Requires deep clinical and technical knowledge of the da Vinci Surgical System, ability to engage with surgeons, executives, and clinical teams, and willingness to travel up to 70%. Fluency in English and German is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business)
- 5+ years of medical device experience required
- Cardiac clinical experience required
- Proven success in previous employment indicating high level of sales achievement
- Proven ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers with QTI Data
- Proven ability to cross collaborate and work within teams
- Demonstrate ability to solve problems, manage complexity, and work in an environment of change
- Excellent planning skills, interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with a highly educated customer base
- Track record of sales excellence
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Fluent in English and German is required
