da Vinci Cardiovascular Sales Manager

Job Summary
Sales leadership role driving the adoption and expansion of the da Vinci Cardiovascular system in France and Benelux. Identify and develop surgeons, cardiologists, and KOLs; own and execute the four phases of the new da Vinci Cardiac Technical Training Pathway; build Cardiac Reference Centers and programmatic development centers; recruit and develop surgical, cardiology, and executive KOLs for peer-to-peer engagements; launch the daVinci ECOSYSTEM for programmatic development (training, simulation, digital, data analytics, and new technology); develop autonomous surgeons and teams; maintain deep technical/clinical expertise; educate and train KOLs on safe and effective use; lead care teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and post-operative management; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system autonomy; provide basic troubleshooting; work with ancillary equipment manufacturers and cross-functional teams; travel up to 70%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of medical device experience required
- Cardiac clinical experience required
- Proven success in previous employment indicating high level of sales achievement
- Proven ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers with QTI Data
- Proven ability to cross collaborate and work within teams
- Demonstrate ability to solve problems, manage complexity, and work in an environment of change
- Excellent planning skills, interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with a highly educated customer base.
- Track record of sales excellence
- Ability to travel up to 70%, dependent upon account distribution.
