Job Summary
Clinical specialist for the da Vinci cardiovascular program providing on-site case support, training physicians and care teams in robotic cardiac surgery, and collaborating with sales, leadership, and marketing to ensure safe and effective product adoption. Responsible for on-site case coverage in the operating room/hybrid OR, clinical setup and troubleshooting, developing training pathways for surgeons and teams, delivering onboarding and ongoing education, and supporting after-hours and weekend coverage as needed. Requires flexibility to travel extensively (75%), strong communication and teaching skills, and fluency in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business)
- 2+ years of experience in a cardiac-related clinical role (electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, or critical care)
- Prior industry experience in medical devices strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and German
