Job Summary
The Cardiovascular Program Specialist (CVPS) provides expert clinical support, education, and training on da Vinci cardiac surgery, devices, and therapies. Partners with sales and marketing to ensure safe product adoption, trains physicians and care teams, supports site onboarding, and helps drive program adoption and surgeon autonomy across the country. Responsibilities include on-site OR/cath lab coverage, device setup and troubleshooting, ensuring safety/compliance, expanding the user base, delivering tailored training paths, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and implement digital solutions. Requires a BS degree, 2+ years in a cardiac-related clinical role, fluency in English and German, and ability to travel extensively (approximately 75%).
