Job Summary
DA Innovation Lead responsible for translating innovation ideas into execution-ready data acquisition use cases and driving pilot deployments. Collaborates with IT, Enterprise Solutions, and DSci to design data acquisition solutions (automation, APIs, AI tools), manage pilots and phased rollouts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide training and documentation, and track performance to improve data efficiency and quality. Requires experience bridging business and technology, agile mindset, and ability to operate in regional/global projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 6–9 years in data, analytics, or technology-enabled roles
- Understanding of APIs, automation, scripting, and data pipelines
- Exposure to AI/ML-based data solutions is preferred
- Fluent English; ability to work with global stakeholders
