Job Summary
Lead governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, and Warehousing operations. Establish ERP standards, drive roadmap planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with GMP requirements, data integrity standards, and regulatory compliance. Govern master data, develop operational reporting, and lead system enhancements, integrations, and change management activities. Serve as the primary escalation point for business process issues and ensure user adoption through training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management experience
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and production processes
- Experience with system validation and change control processes
- Demonstrated project management and business process improvement experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be available for overtime work, including nights and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO)
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with production orders, batch manufacturing, inventory traceability, serialization, and warehouse management
- Experience supporting D365 integrations with MES, LIMS, WMS, EDI, planning, or quality systems
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience leading ERP implementations or significant system transformations
