Job Summary
D365 Implementation Manager for Brazil on a 9-month contract. Leads site readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization for the Brazil D365 deployment. Coordinates across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance to develop and execute detailed implementation plans, runbooks, and readiness activities. Serves as primary interface between central programme and local site teams to align deployment timelines, resolve issues, and process change requests. Defines business scenarios, tests outcomes, and legacy system transition requirements with SMEs; manages RAID risks; supports Early Life Support and knowledge transfer; tracks KPIs blending programme and operational metrics; contributes to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP implementation across an engineering, design and manufacturing organisation
- PMI / Prince – Project management qualifications
- Proven ability to manage large complex projects and multiple work streams
- Strong understanding and application of project management competencies including scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate teams across many functions
