Job Summary

As a D365 Data Specialist, Inventory, you will support the Senior Inventory Control Manager in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of inventory data across all systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analysing inventory transactions, maintaining data integrity, developing Power BI dashboards, overseeing reconciliations between D365 and GL accounts, and identifying process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in inventory or ERP analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as effective communication to translate technical findings.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a data-focused retail, inventory, or ERP analyst role
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Inventory & Supply Chain modules)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations
  • Independent, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to data governance and continuous improvement

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Power BI dashboard development experience
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles
  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
