Job Summary
Lead D365 Business Central solution architecture from initial presale evaluations through implementation, quality assurance, and ongoing customer advisory. Conduct end-to-end solution design, including third-party product assessment and integrations, while driving a standard-first approach to maximize native functionality. Perform process mapping and requirement analysis, then transfer architectural decisions clearly to project teams and clients. Act as the technical authority for consultants, developers, and project managers, providing guidance on integrations, APIs, and best practices. Collaborate on RFP responses and precise cost estimations while fostering knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure solutions remain robust, scalable, and business-aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience from NAV/BC implementations
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English

Desired Qualifications
- Deep insight into warehouse, production, and/or project processes
- Experience with bid and RFP responses, including precise estimates
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and multi-actor landscapes
- Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps), CE/Field Service, and relevant Azure technologies for integration, data management, and cloud infrastructure
