Job Summary
Install and wire awnings, apply decals, install parts, ladders, and slide toppers, and prepare units for road tests to ensure our products' quality, functionality, and distinctive appearance. Focus on delivering top-quality work that directly ensures our RVs meet customer expectations for joy, love, companionship, adventure, awe, comfort, connections, and safety. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, skilled with tools, and committed to creating high-quality Leisure Travel Vans that our customers love.
Required Qualifications
- Have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Have the ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
- Have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Focus and inquire when necessary, and stay open-minded.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand information quickly.
- Use information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify opportunities.
