Job Summary
Lead global D2C initiatives and own end-to-end program delivery across a cross-functional ecosystem including game teams, Playgami platform, marketing, and external partners. Own the global D2C program roadmap, build and maintain integrated project plans, drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers, manage governance forums and executive updates, coordinate with payments partners and vendors, ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities (payments, identity, CRM, web infrastructure) into D2C initiatives, and continuously improve program management processes and reporting frameworks. Strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and operational rigor are essential for delivering scalable, high-impact D2C outcomes across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
- Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems (gaming experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills - comfortable presenting and reporting to executive leadership
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and accountability
