Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & funnel-driven campaigns)
- Strong experience writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic
- Native-level German (required for copywriting)
- Data-driven mindset: you use metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS to guide decisions
- Experience working with A/B testing and structured experimentation
