Job Summary
Maintenance Worker to perform repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment across sites, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks. Duties include minor repairs, locker/hinge maintenance, HVAC-related tasks (filters, venting), servicing kitchen appliances and emergency equipment, assessing projects for higher-skilled involvement, obtaining quotes and coordinating external vendors, updating work logs, and responding to alarm calls. Requires ability to read blueprints and schematics, operate power and hand tools, and communicate effectively. Must have High School Diploma or GED (or technical training), a valid Georgia driver’s license, and pass background/drug screening; HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
