Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy for youth with mental health and/or substance use disorders in school settings, clinics, or via telehealth. Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and obtain necessary service authorizations. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system. Serve children aged 5 and up across Putnam and Baldwin counties within the Georgia APEX Program. This role requires a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or rehabilitation counseling, with associate licensure eligibility mandatory upon hire. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Rehabilitation Counseling
- Eligibility for associate licensure (LAPC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, or LAMFT/LMFT)
- Associate or full clinical licensure preferred (LCSW/LMSW, LPC/APC, LMFT/LAMFT)
