Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, and battery testing while conducting routine vehicle inspections and completing multi-point inspection forms. Utilize manufacturer and management training to ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored programs and continuously expand knowledge of new technologies. This hourly entry-level position requires valid driver's license, basic tools, and teamwork, with automotive technical school certifications and previous experience preferred. Weekly pay and paid holidays are included, alongside medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have basic tools
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred
- Previous experience highly preferred
- Apprenticeship experience a plus
