Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, and battery testing on customer vehicles. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and accurately complete multi-point inspection forms. Utilize assigned manufacturer and management technical training while ensuring vehicles are returned in the same or better condition. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored programs and continuously expand knowledge of new technologies. This hourly entry-level position requires a valid driver's license, basic tools, and teamwork skills, with automotive technical school certifications and previous experience preferred. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid training are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have basic tools
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred
- Previous experience highly preferred
- Apprenticeship experience a plus
