Job Summary
Finance & Business Management Associate in Payments Tech at JP Morgan in Buenos Aires. Responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; provide leadership across finance teams; deliver analysis of expenses and headcount; prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting; develop new reporting capabilities and dashboards; advise Technology Managers and peers on risks and opportunities; perform month-end consolidation, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting; drive automation and streamline processes through projects to create global consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical subject
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Planning
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; data automation and visualization skills preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex issues
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Team player with ability to be trusted partner for Finance - Planning & Analysis Teams
