Job Summary
D&PS Finance & Business Management Associate supports Planning & Analysis for expense budgeting/forecasting, month-end reporting, EMR preparation, and cost center analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating expense planning, preparing management reports/presentations for senior leadership, owner of month-end expense reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with finance managers and aligned teams to update allocation rules and methodologies. Key initiatives include location strategy, expense reduction programs, and governance of expense allocation processes, with emphasis on delivering analytics and insight to enable strategic decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, planning, or analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to deliver clear and concise data analysis and presentations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Macros, MS Access, Alteryx, and financial modeling is a plus.
- Experience with QlikView or Tableau for management reporting is advantageous.
- Prior experience working with global stakeholders is highly desirable.
