D&CX Portfolio Management

Senior-level D&CX Portfolio Management role focused on driving execution excellence across the Digital & Customer Experience portfolio. As a strategic leader, you will organize and steer large, complex projects by developing master roadmaps, coordinating resources, monitoring cost and schedule, and delivering actionable reporting to executives. You will standardize portfolio processes, manage governance and change controls, and collaborate with external contractors to ensure high-quality delivery. The role requires advanced portfolio management expertise, ability to mentor teams, and strong communication with stakeholders to translate strategy into executable plans. This is a 7-month engagement (with potential extension) located onsite with hybrid work arrangements, involving oversight of D&CX initiatives in a financial-services context. Qualifications include PMP/PgMP certifications and extensive experience in portfolio management; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
