Job Summary
Loss Prevention Specialist at TJX responsible for protecting assets of the Distribution Center with focus on shrink control, internal investigations, and root cause analysis. You will monitor Shipping/Receiving docks, trailer yard activities, alarm systems and access controls, parking lots, and other key areas; oversee movement of trailers/vehicle traffic entering/leaving the yard; enforce fire and safety regulations within the DC; ensure trailers are processed; conduct CCTV surveillance and investigate potentially dishonest activity. Must display integrity and maintain confidentiality; requires strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills plus computer proficiency. Shifts: Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm with shift differential; benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid holidays, and more.
