Job Summary
Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify and remove violating material, process appeals and moderation requests accurately, and apply content classifications and labeling procedures. Document moderation decisions and recurring trends while collaborating with policy, compliance, and legal teams on necessary matters. Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes. Fluent Czech (C2) and English (B2+) skills required, with relocation support available for candidates with work permits.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Czech language skills (C2)
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
- Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal
- Full-time employment availability
