Job Summary
Coordinate industrial and office development projects from site preparation through permitting to final handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Manage design reviews with internal and external teams to align with client technical requirements, negotiate permits with authorities, and oversee tendering and value engineering processes. Prepare time plans, control daily site quality and progress, conduct safety checks, and monitor subcontractor performance with support from a Site Manager. Hand over completed properties via signed protocols. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and 3-5 years of industrial project management experience. Start immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree of qualification – university degree in Civil engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the project manager position
- experience with industrial buildings
- Relevant technical skills
- Team player with an individual proactive approach
- good communication skills
- Strong self-management skills to ensure time issues of project deliveries
- ability to work independently
