Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic cytopathology and surgical pathology services for inpatient and outpatient clients across Southern New England. Interpret specimens from multiple hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities while collaborating closely with clinicians, administrators, and laboratory staff. Maintain strong communication skills to interact effectively with the broader medical team and deliver client-centric diagnostic solutions. This full-time role requires 40 weekly hours and offers a competitive salary range of $300K to $380K commensurate with experience. University Pathologists is a multi-specialty group of 13 pathologists providing comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services within a supportive, Great Place to Work certified environment.
Required Qualifications
- Cytopathology experience
- Surgical Pathologist
- Fellowship training in Cytopathology
- Fellowship training in Surgical Pathology
- AP/CP Board Certified
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact well with clinicians, administrators and laboratory staff
