Job Summary
Project Managers are sought within Leonardo's Business Area Cyber & Security Solutions to ensure program/project goals are achieved, managing milestones, contracts, and results quality. Responsibilities include managing the economic and financial aspects of projects, interfacing with stakeholders, and supporting business winning phases. Candidates should have a STEM degree or equivalent experience, along with a proven track in Project Management. Ideal candidates will be experienced in leading complex projects, with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and key aspects of Cyber Security are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management/Technical Project Leader
- Expert role requires at least 3 years of experience
- Senior role requires at least 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Experience in managing applications with modern architectures (e.g., microservices)
- Knowledge of Cyber Security aspects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management in complex projects
- Technical Project Leader experience
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Experience in managing highly complex projects
- Risk and opportunity analysis capabilities
