Provide daily operational leadership for the Operating Room department, overseeing staffing, workflow coordination, and clinical practice standards. Supervise and support OR clinical staff performance while ensuring adherence to hospital policies, perioperative best practices, and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and administrative teams to address operational issues and resolve clinical workflow challenges. Monitor staffing needs, scheduling, and productivity within the OR, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental policy development. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to department performance. This role requires a Texas RN with at least two years of acute care OR experience and three years of recent OR management experience.
