Job Summary
CYP CBT Therapist providing structured CBT interventions to children and young people, including assessments, formulation, and risk management. Deliver remote and/or face-to-face sessions as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to safeguarding and clinical governance. Requires BABCP accreditation or registration and CYP IAPT Pathway training (High Intensity CBT for Children & Young People); experience delivering CBT to children/young people and strong risk/safeguarding awareness. Flexible/sessional contract with UK-wide private CYP talking therapies service offering supervision and clinical development.
Required Qualifications
- BABCP Accredited or Registered CBT Therapist
- Completed CYP IAPT Pathway training (High Intensity CBT for Children & Young People)
- Demonstrable experience delivering CBT interventions to children and young people
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, safeguarding and clinical governance
