Cylinder Mechanic role for diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing hydraulic cylinders at Colliflower Inc. Requires 3 years experience and proficiency in hydraulic assembly and repair tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hydraulic cylinder repair
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate forklift and cranes
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized repair equipment
- Experience with disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of hydraulic cylinders
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a workshop environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills for reporting and documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in hydraulics or related field preferred
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
