Job Summary
Loads and unloads compressed gas cylinders and products onto route trucks, rolls cylinders using a forklift, and sorts empty cylinders by type. Checks inventory quantities and styles, reviews customer orders, and loads items for delivery while handling cryogenic liquid cylinders and hazardous materials. Performs basic maintenance including painting, labeling, and cleaning work areas. Accurately labels products with current lot numbers, completes documentation in compliance with safety requirements, and maintains a clean workplace. Reports accidents and unsafe conditions while wearing required PPE and flame-retardant clothing. Works flexible hours within a 2-3 hour window of start and quit times.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree / GED
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must be able to roll 200+lb cylinders
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the year
- Able to work flexible hours (within 2-3 hours of starting and quitting times)
- Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Flame Retardant (FR) clothing
