Job Summary
As a Cylinder Cell Assembly Technician (1st Shift) you will set up and operate equipment for assembling composite cylinder cells, including mandrel loading/unloading, adhesive application, winding/pressing operations, and curing stations. You will follow detailed routers and work instructions to complete assemblies to exact tolerances, handle raw materials safely, inspect parts with precision tools, maintain production and quality records per ISO 9001, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production goals while upholding safety and environmental procedures. You will monitor KPIs such as production output, quality, efficiency, and safety, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSE)
- 1+ years of experience in composite manufacturing, assembly, or related production work preferred
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing, composites, or related field preferred
