Job Summary
Conduct front-line service as the store's point person for riders, identifying needs, offering advice, and ensuring frictionless solutions to keep them riding longer. Deliver world-class rider service by connecting with customers, listening to their requirements, and inspiring purchases while maintaining inclusive, locally authentic experiences. Manage visual merchandising standards, restock inventory, and uphold general cleanliness including light janitorial duties from opening to close. Stay current on product features using company literature and training resources. Requires a passion for cycling, bike shop experience, and ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
- Able to stand for extensive time periods
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs. or more and use proper lifting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bike shop experience
- A current or former retail employee with 1+ years of experience
- Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
