Cycling and Barre Instructor

Instruct classes in Cycling, Barre, HIIT, Strength, Spin, Aqua, Yoga, and Barre formats, including warm-up, conditioning, and cool-down phases as assigned. Begin and end sessions on time, provide coaching to attendees, and accurately record participation while conducting post-class surveys. Ensure the studio is clean and returned to its original state after each session. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start.
