Cycle Shut Down Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and plan all activities during scheduled turnarounds in the food industry, ensuring alignment of multiple departments and adherence to hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Monitor progress, adapt plans as needed, and ensure a timely, clean start-up of production by coordinating resources across Production, Facility, Technical Services and other stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities to make future turnarounds more efficient and ensure safe, compliant execution.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ or HBO degree (technical preferred)
- experience in a comparable role (e.g., Work preparation, turnaround planning)
- familiarity with (food) industry procedures
- proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and in team
- good verbal and written English skills
