Job Summary
Order to Cash Cycle Manager responsible for maintaining overall health of the O2C process for the region. Key duties include governance and maintenance of customer master data, standardizing order entry, overseeing daily order-to-invoice processes, ensuring accurate invoicing delivery, managing credits and returns, overseeing EDI integrations (e.g., SAP, Vertex, ServiceMax, Salesforce), and maintaining J-SOX documentation. Requires SAP expertise, data governance, process-improvement focus, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to establish KPIs to measure success. Location is onsite in Kalamazoo, MI; requires strong data accuracy, billing reliability, and coordination across warehouse, collections, and IT teams; salary range $83,250–$111,000 with potential bonus eligibility. Qualifications emphasize a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in related roles, preferred experience in manufacturing/medical device sectors. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in an Operations, Accounting, or Finance position
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Advanced SAP knowledge and experience; preferably with SAP S/4HANA
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in day-to-day processes
